Kacie Kimber Estates is now compliant with the new governmentally imposed regulations to ensure the Estate Agents of the future are highly qualified to deal with the publics most important investment.

As of 31 December 2011 all Estate Agents in South Africa will be required to have a minimum qualification of Level 4 - SAQA ID 59097. All Principal Agents will be required to have a minimum requirement of Level 5 - SAQA ID 20188

Although these regulations are stressful, time consuming and very frustrating at times, they definitely serve to raise the standard of the industry and have ensured that Estate Agency is no longer a retirement option, but rather a career.
